Arya Gerda Haager supports the team at epicenter.works as a Junior Policy Advisor. She studied law at JKU, with a focus on human rights, data protection, and AI regulation and is particularly interested in the impact of algorithmic systems and digital transformation on fundamental rights. She has gained professional experience at the European Court of Human Rights and at the University of Turku in the field of AI governance. Her career has also included work in international diplomacy at the United Nations in Geneva, as well as experience in legal practice. Alongside her legal work, she is actively involved in civil society human rights advocacy.
